A healthy shake with just four ingredients & two whole apples.
Serves: 1 large shake or 2 smaller shakes.
  • 2 whole medium sized apples, any variety
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  1. Peel, core & cut the apples into cubes.
  2. Put apples cubes, ice, peanut butter & cinnamon in a blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour & serve immediately.
  5. Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon on top if you would like.

    It sounds good in a different kind of way. Not sure about the peanut butter with apple. Maybe I could do caramel instead!!!!

    Just made it… its good but the peanut butter texture in my mouth is a little odd but not so odd that I wouldn’t make it again 🙂
