Snap Shots: Manic January

Spray Painted beer bottles

Where oh where is the week going? And also where is January going? I thought it would be fun to include some snap shots from the month so far. I have been busy with transitioning from my full-time job to being a full-time blogger & setting up lots of great content.

Above are some beer bottles that I attacked with gold spray paint, instant jewelry organization.

Sushi

I also made homemade sushi, major accomplishment! Maria, this photo is for you. I will hopefully share my technique & recipe here soon.

Glitter painted spur straps

Glitter has been doing well, here is a custom pair of spur straps that I did for a lovely customer.

Brown suede flats

The weather has been up & down… 60 degrees one day & snow the next. I busted out the flats just once.

Tonto, the appy

Look at this face, this is Tonto an appy that I was taking care of earlier in the month. I actually had three additional horses, cats, chickens & a dog for a week. House sitting is a lot of fun, but at the end of a busy week it’s nice to be back in your own domain.

travel

And I feel like I have been living out of a suite case….

But one thing I would never complain about is being busy, busy is good. I’m working on kicking off a Valentine’s Day cowboy boot giveaway soon & also have some cool behind the scenes footage that will start taking place in February with a very special designer. Stay tuned!

Ps. if some of these photos look familiar it is because I took them earlier in the month with Instagram follow – Horsesandheels_ for updates.

I have to say I wouldn’t mind living out of a suitcase for a little while. It seems like it has been forever since I have done any traveling. I love seeing your round up of snap shots from your life.
